We use Dronedesk, a drone operations management platform provided by Grey Rock Innovations Ltd, a UK company, to plan, record and manage our drone operations. This includes the contact details of clients, landowners and other people we notify about our flights. Dronedesk acts as our data processor. It only uses this information on our instructions and under a written data processing agreement. The information is stored in the UK and encrypted at rest. Where Dronedesk uses service providers outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are in place. Dronedesk’s list of sub-processors is available at trust.dronedesk.io.
